NEW FOOD PACKAGING IN STORE NOW
From August 2018, customers will notice our rebranded food packaging start to appear on shelf in all major stockists.
We are excited to announce our new packaging will start to appear on shelf from August 2018. This transition to new packaging will occur over a number of months. During this time there will be a mix of current and new packaging on shelf.
There are no major changes to these products, in some instances there is a small name change or slight recipe improvement, see below for the full details.
Products purchased via the website will be delivered to customers in our old packaging until the end of October. From November, products ordered from the website will be delivered in the new packaging.
Please note, our Infant Formula packaging will not be rebranded until later in 2019.

Product name changes
Bellamy’s Organic we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.
Goods ordered within Australia by 10pm will be dispatched the next business day, unless otherwise stated. In most cases goods shipped domestically within Australia will be received within 3-7 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
All orders sent by Bellamy’s Organic Online Store have a unique tracking number. This will be sent to you at the time of dispatch, to the email address you have listed with us. You can keep track of your order via http://auspost.com.au/track/.
We will also notify you of updates to your order via the email address you have listed with us.
If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame please contact us at shop@bellamysorganic.com.au
Invoices for Goods supplied within Australia will include a flat rate charge of $13.20 for freight and delivery for packages where the Goods value is less than $58.00. Where the goods value is greater than $58.00 no freight and delivery fee will be charged. Charges will apply where an Express Post option has been selected.
Bellamy’s Organic Online store has a minimum order value of $18.50.
Orders placed via Bellamy’s Organic Online Store will be honoured with products with an expiry date of at least four months, unless otherwise stated in the product description. It is recommended that you read the product description for goods placed on promotion, or advertised at a special rate, closely to avoid disappointment.
Your privacy and security is important to us. The Bellamy’s Organic Online Store provides a secure session within our shopping ‘Checkout’. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter through to the ‘Checkout’. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure.
When you click the ‘Place Order’ button, we send the credit transaction directly to the bank. We do not transfer those details to others for their commercial use. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest SSL V3 128 bit encryption standard.
Bellamy’s Organic would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases.
